If you're
new to essential oils and aromatherapy - this is
definitely what I would suggest to start out with.
It comes with a cassette tape and seven 5ml
bottles. These are definitely the 7 oils I am

Lavender: This
is the most versatile oil and can be used on the
skin without diluting it if you want to.
Therapeutic-grade lavender has been highly
regarded for use on the skin.
Lavender is relaxing to mind and body
Lemon has
antiseptic-like qualities when diffused, and so much more.
Diffused or added to a spray bottle of water and
spritzed around the home - is absolutely
refreshing. Try a drop in your drinking water, very nice!
Peppermint
oil can be soothing to the digestive system. Great for
respiratory support too!
Purification helps purify the air and
neutralizes mildew, and household odours.
Excellent for cuts and scrapes when applied to
the skin. This blend may soothe insect bites, cuts
and scrapes when applied to the skin.
Joy is my
absolute favourite blend. I wear it as a perfume
often. Joy is alluring, uplifting and inspires
romance and togetherness. Diffuse this one in
your home when you're relaxing - it's so
enjoyable. This is a luxurious blend of ylang
ylang, bergamot, mandarin and pure rose oil.
Peace and Calming dampens tensions and irritability.
Applied to the feet of children and adults alike
- just before bed time - lets you sleep like a
baby. If you have difficulty sleeping or suffer from stress, this
is definitely the one! This blend contains cistus,
blue tansy and patchouly.
PanAway
contains helichrysum, which is soothing to localized
discomfort.
Use with a compress along the spine, or apply to soles of the feet.
Don't use it on broken skin though.
